Lady Elwyn Blackwood#

Summary#

Lady Elwyn Blackwood is Duke Tristan Blackwood’s wife, previously glimpsed sitting beside him in the Proving Grounds box but not formally met until she stepped out of the shadows to smooth over Captain Garran’s tense warning to the party. She wears a black-and-gold-trimmed gown and carries herself with practiced noble grace. Source: 2026.09.15.

Notes#

• Odine Dunmere’s Insight check (13) read her as highly intelligent and a social manipulator by nature, in contrast to her husband’s more strategist bent—though she came across as genuinely warm and interested in the party.
• Waved off Garan’s tension, framing him as a fiery personality mostly worried about his mercenaries’ loyalty.
• Approved of the party’s unconventional Menagerie stunt: “it’s nice to see a change of pace around here.”

Relationships#

• Duke Tristan Blackwood: Her husband.
• Captain Garran: Speaks of him with familiarity, smoothing over his warnings to the party.
